Key Programmes by Aastrika Sphere Digital

Aastrika Sphere, in partnership with UP-TSU, is rolling out the E-Kshamata app, a competency-based capacity-building solution for health
workers in Uttar Pradesh's Health and Family Welfare Department.

Aastrika Sphere offers free courses providing nurses with Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) points, supporting their professional growth and keeping them updated with best practices.

Manyata for Mothers, in collaboration with FOGSI, improves care for pregnant women and newborns by certifying private healthcare facilities. Aastrika Sphere fills training gaps through e-learning on 16 Manyata Clinical Standards.

Aastrika Sphere, in collaboration with NHSRC, developed digital courses on Ayushman Bharat's Expanded Service Care Packages for ASHAs and MPWs. These self-paced courses are accessible in Hindi and English on any device.

Aastrika Sphere Digital Experience

Aastrika was founded in 2019 by Dr. Janhavi Nilekani, deep-rooted in the belief that all childbearing women must have access to high quality, timely, respectful maternity care and to fundamental rights, including privacy, the companionship of a loved one, informed consent, and an abuse-free birthing experience.
